I feel like I've made a huge life change. After this weekend I feel very empowered.
I used to weigh myself compulsively, several times a day. Following The Thriving Experience weekend, I broke up with the scale.
We'll come together as a community of revolutionary women leaders who have heard the calling to fully embody our power--the power of our gifts, financial, sexual, personal--so we can create (and fully enjoy!) a life designed by our personal and collective desires.
Under patriarchy, a woman's power has always been a punishable offense.
We have deep wounds to heal on our journey of reclaiming, owning, and embodying it.
This is the most catalytic and potent time for doing this work.
I hear from people left and right that they're going on medication for anxiety, or they're self-medicating with food, weed, or wine more. So much collective and intergenerational trauma is triggered, and they're doing their best, using what they know to get through the day.
There's a better way. Self-medicating without healing would be missing a huge transformation opportunity that's being catalyzed right now.
The trauma material that's up right now collectively and personally, urges us to uncover and dive into deeper layers of healing.
What we used to tolerate collectively and personally has become intolerable, creating a catalytic opportunity we cannot afford to miss.
Our lives and our world will be shaped by whether we take this opportunity to heal the traumas of patriarchy, racism, and other generational, collective, and personal traumas that have been keeping us and the world in the state of survival for too long.
The price is too high. The key feature of living in survival is living in a constant state of Fight, Flight or Freeze.
It costs lives. Lives lost to the reactivity the state of survival creates--in a lethal combination with racism has been responsible for Black lives lost to police brutality, lives cut short by chronic stress and associated illness, and lives not fully lived.
WE MUST HEAL OUR WAY FROM SURVIVAL TO THRIVING. WE MUST HEAL OUR WORLD.
In my book, I talk about healing our way from "how much can I bear?" to "how good can it get?"
When a woman makes this dramatic shift, she changes not only her life and destiny, she changes the world. She creates a new precedent of what's possible, the new normal, and she brings everyone with her.
The movement of healing generational, collective and personal trauma is about how good can it get? -- for everyone. Profound changes we need to see in the world are made possible by profound personal changes that this healing unlocks.
Healing trauma restores our authentic power--to create the life and the world we desire, in conscious connection and collaboration with one another and the planet that's only possible when we're in a state of Thriving, not surviving.
We're here to heal for this and future generations and to honor and bring healing to the generations before us.

It was an extraordinary experience, well designed, full of details, the information, the activities, the participants, everything was powerful and transformative.
Instead of a little transformative experience, I got a big one!! I felt relaxed on Sunday night for the first time ever, body AND mind!
